Coaching Philosophy:

 

To teach the game with the future of life in mind. To take anyone who is willing to learn. To teach them the game of basketball while focusing on the fundamentals and teamwork. My job is to help them better understand the game and improve their skill no matter the playing level and make it fun so that they want to continue and pursue the game on their own. Encouraging them and providing a positive atmosphere that is fun with mutual respect between coach and player then player to teammate. Teaching them in the process that you can work with anyone with the right goal in mind. Coaching is a privilege and a gift and by far one of the most rewarding jobs anyone can have.
